Latest MTR 2008 Updates

The cutoff date is July 18 for the MTR block pricing at the Hilton.
Rooms are still available at the Hilton  

The block of rooms at the host hotel President Abraham Lincoln is full.

Jersey Sales are now closed for ordering.
We are still accepting orders for a limited time on all other merchandise. 

Parking for larger vehicles is limited in the downtown area.
We have contracted for parking for vehicles over 6' 6" tall
and vehicles pulling trailers.  Contact us for more details. 

Parking for other vehicles at the President Abraham Lincoln will now be
limited due to new construction in the covered parking garage.
The hotel will provide valet service for the same cost as the parking garage rate.

We are planning a kids program during
the workshop time on Saturday.

Kids outgrow bike clothes all to fast!  Bring your outgrown kid's 
bikewear to our "Kid's Bike Clothes Swap" 

Our Friday Ride will take you on a historic ride through Springfield, taking in 
some ice cream, and giving you the opportunity to try some different cuisine 
at the Ethnic Festival being held at the Fairgrounds. 

Saturday Mass Start will be at 9:15 AM to accommodate other logistical city concerns.  
Sunday we will return to the traditional 9:00 AM start. 

Are you new to MTR?  Not sure what is going on?  Would you like to meet 
someone new?   This year we are having a new person get-together on Friday.
